Fitness Friday


Happy Friday, friends! My babies have officially finished their first week of kindergarten without hating it! And I've been super busy designing meal plans, creating workouts I'm far too pregnant and out of shape to do at the moment, and napping. It's a tough life. 

My week was pretty low-key, but maybe yours was long and stressful. And to help you decompress, here's a good sweat-inducing, no equipment needed, mood boosting workout!
