Fitness Friday

It's our first Fitness Friday! Every Friday I'll be posting some sort of workout to challenge you. It may be a video, it may be a list of exercises, it may be a lifting workout. Try it and see how you do, even if it's outside of your comfort zone. Don't have a gym membership? No problem. Many of these will be things you can do in your living room or yard! No excuses.

As an extra challenge, see how many times you can complete the circuit in 30 minutes. Good luck!
